A result you can inspect.
Named actions with a clear deliverable and acceptance criteria. A finished run alone is not proof of success.
THE AI WORKFORCE OS
Choose an outcome. Coordinate your agents. Know what actually got done.
Commandry brings goals, customer context, AI agents and human decisions into one precise workspace.
Product in development · Interactive fixture demonstration
A defined result. A visible chain of responsibility.
01 / FROM INTENT TO EVIDENCE
Pick a named outcome instead of starting with a blank prompt. See the inputs, scope and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Four principles guide the product we’re building.
Named actions with a clear deliverable and acceptance criteria. A finished run alone is not proof of success.
Keep ownership, progress, constraints and the next decision together as work moves between agents.
Track who requested, performed and verified each step, with evidence attached to the outcome.
Review scope, approve consequential actions and control limits. Pause, revoke and recover through explicit policies.
03 / AGENTS, WITHOUT THE SILOS
Commandry is designed around a vendor-neutral agent registry. Native Stewards and supported external runtimes will share the same outcome and policy contracts.
Third-party registration and routing are planned. No external runtime is connected in this demonstration.
First-party agent · fixture presentation
External runtime · planned integration
Agent identity never substitutes for permission. The trusted host remains authoritative.
04 / TRUST IS PART OF THE WORK
The product’s security architecture puts identity, permissions and human control ahead of an agent’s proposed action.
Inspect a fixture receiptTenant-bound identity, scoped consent, explicit delegation and revocation are required by the architecture.
Review the exact action, affected record and limits. Approval must be revalidated by the host.
A deliverable, verification checks and a receipt distinguish completed work from a hopeful status.
These are design requirements. This website is not a security certification or a production readiness claim.
05 / DESIGNED FOR BUILDERS, TOO
Versioned outcome contracts. Capability-based agent routing. Predictable states, scoped access and observable runs.
DashCore remains the execution engine. Public SDKs, webhooks and third-party onboarding are on the roadmap, with separate acceptance gates.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Commandry is Handlflow’s customer-facing AI workforce OS and agent CRM in development. It brings goals, customer work, agents, decisions and evidence into one workspace.
A Steward is the working name for an AI worker responsible for an outcome, its constraints and evidence. Native workers and future supported external runtimes share a common product experience. Handlflow is the company; DashCore remains the engine.
The browser demonstration creates and verifies a one-time brief from fictional inbox records. No account, inbox connection, live agent execution, message send or recurring schedule is created.
Vendor-neutral registration is part of the architecture and roadmap. A supported external runtime must pass integration and security acceptance before it is offered as a live option.
Commercial terms and usage allowances are being validated. There is no checkout or subscription purchase on this site.
